Complaints
In the first instance, parents should make an appointment to
see the classroom teacher directly at an appropriate time outside of classroom
instruction time (an 8.30am in the morning 'drop-in' is not a suitable time as
many students and parents are about with many operational demands on the
teacher).
Parents wishing to further discuss any issues with a member of
Administration or Teachers are requested to make an appointment through the
school’s Administration Officers. The Deputy Principals look after the
academic, behaviour and welfare needs of particular groups of students.
Our friendly Admin staff will direct you to the appropriate Deputy
Principal. If, after seeing a Deputy Principal, the matter is not
resolved to your satisfaction, you may then make an appointment with the
Principal.
