The aim of the Sports program at Burpengary State School is to provide opportunities for students to represent their school at a number of off site carnivals and competitions. It also provides an opportunity to students who may not get the chance to compete in club sports. It is a chance for students to use their skills within another setting and meet new people through competition.
Our sports program is still developing and in its infancy so we try to imbed the following in every student who takes part in our program:
We may not always be the best but we will always be competitive and have the skills to maintain an active lifestyle both now and in the future.
