Flexischools Online Ordering
Exciting news for Burpengary State School P&C online ordering.The Flexi schools system allows parents to pre-order online tuck-shop meals, Fete wristbands, disco entry tickets and school concert tickets and much more. Payment can be made via credit card, BPay or direct deposit. All that is required to access the online ordering system is a PC with internet connection or your Smartphone.
How Does It Work?
Go to
www.flexischools.com.au and click “Register Now” in the Login Box. Then enter your student’s name, school and class, and add funds (say $50) into a pre-paid account. You can log into the website at any time to place orders, up until 8.45am. As purchases are made, the funds are taken from your pre-paid account. The account can be topped up again in the same way, or set to automatically top-up via credit card when the balance falls below a pre-set minimum. Each order is sent automatically to the kitchen, where an easy-to-read label is produced with the student’s name, class and order details. At lunch time, students can simply pick up their order without the need for cash.
Flexischools offer a free dedicated helpline for parents and schools which opens from 8am to 5pm and can also take enquiries via email. All orders are tracked by the customer service team, and if any problems arise, the customer service staff contacts the school or parents and promptly fixes the situation.
